General information
Future Scott is Scott Saghirian's personal professional platform for relationships, community, business connections, and access to services Scott provides. Information on this site is general in nature and does not itself create a professional, insurance, legal, tax, medical, or financial advisory relationship.
Health insurance
Health-insurance services linked from Future Scott may be provided through Your Future Health Insurance and only in states where Scott is appropriately licensed. Website information is not a policy, quote, guarantee of eligibility, or guarantee of coverage. Product availability, benefits, exclusions, underwriting, and pricing vary.
Text messages (SMS)
Future Scott customer-care SMS program. If you separately opt in to requested or customer-care texts, Scott Saghirian / Future Scott may send messages about the request or meeting you initiated, including appointment confirmations and reminders, answers to your questions, information you requested, and follow-up about your request or conversation. Message frequency varies with the conversation; message and data rates may apply.
Future Scott marketing SMS program. If you separately provide affirmative written consent to marketing texts, Future Scott may send recurring marketing or promotional messages, including useful updates, educational information, reminders, community or business updates, and occasional offers. Marketing consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase, requesting information, submitting a form, or scheduling a meeting. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. An opt-out applies to the applicable SMS program and is processed promptly. After opting out, you may receive a confirmation message and then no further messages from that program unless you later opt in again.
SMS consent is collected directly from you and customer-care consent is maintained separately from marketing consent. Providing a phone number alone is not consent to receive text messages. SMS opt-in data and mobile information are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the Privacy Policy for details.
For assistance, reply HELP or use Future Scott's contact or scheduling pages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Email communications
Service-related email and marketing email are treated separately. If you opt in to marketing email, you may unsubscribe using the method provided in those messages.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site or its communication tools, submit false or unlawful information, attempt to disrupt the site, or use the site to harass others.
Third-party services
Future Scott may link to scheduling, social, insurance, and other third-party services. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices.
