Information collected
When you use Future Scott forms, scheduling links, or contact features, you may provide information such as your name, email address, phone number, meeting preferences, general interests, health-coverage needs, and notes you choose to share. The site may also collect ordinary technical and attribution information such as referral source, campaign parameters, and site usage data.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to your request, schedule and manage meetings, maintain contact records, provide requested information or services, understand how people find Future Scott, and meet legal, regulatory, licensing, security, and operational requirements. Health-insurance inquiries may be handled through Your Future Health Insurance, Scott Saghirian's health-insurance marketing brand.
Text messages (SMS)
Requested and customer-care texts. If you separately agree to customer-care texting, Future Scott may send messages about the request or meeting you initiated, including confirmations, reminders, information you requested, and follow-up about your request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Marketing and promotional texts. Marketing SMS is a separate optional program. Future Scott may send recurring useful updates, educational information, reminders, community or business updates, and occasional offers only when you separately provide affirmative written consent to receive marketing text messages from Future Scott. Marketing consent is not required to request information, submit a form, schedule a meeting, or purchase any product or service. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply.
You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP and get help by replying HELP. An opt-out applies to the applicable SMS program and is processed promptly. After opting out, you may receive an opt-out confirmation and then no further messages from that program unless you later opt in again.
SMS consent is collected directly from you and recorded with its source when available. Customer-care SMS consent and marketing SMS consent are maintained separately. Entering or providing your phone number without checking the applicable SMS consent option is not treated as consent to receive that category of text messages.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile information and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Messaging activity may be processed by communications service providers solely as needed to deliver and manage messages.
Email marketing
Email newsletters, promotional updates, and similar marketing communications are treated separately from one-to-one service communications. Where an email marketing opt-in is offered, you may unsubscribe from marketing email at any time.
Who receives information
Information may be processed by service providers that operate the website, CRM, scheduling, email, phone, analytics, and related systems. Information may also be shared when required by law or as necessary to provide a service you specifically request. Future Scott does not sell your personal information.
Your choices
You may request that contact information be corrected or updated by contacting Scott. You may opt out of marketing email using the unsubscribe method provided, and you may opt out of SMS by replying STOP. For SMS assistance, reply HELP or use Future Scott's contact or scheduling pages.
